ATF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,014 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFP36_S60, PRPF38B_S529, and ATF3_T162. Each is linked with ATF3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF3-to-partner and partner-to-ATF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATF3 versus ZFP36_S60 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
