Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,872 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, VGLL1, and FFAR2. Each is linked with ATF3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF3-to-partner and partner-to-ATF3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATF3 versus AQP9 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
