ATF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1179, GRAMD4P5, and MIR548AP. Each is linked with ATF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF3-to-partner and partner-to-ATF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1179 grouped by ATF3-low versus ATF3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
