Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,170 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PMS1, RBM4B, and SP3. Each is linked with ATF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF2-to-partner and partner-to-ATF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATF2 versus PMS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
