ATF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,141 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, CCNT1, and EIF4B. Each is linked with ATF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF1-to-partner and partner-to-ATF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATF1 versus MYG1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
