Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 408 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENC1, FYN, and KCNK9. Each is linked with ATF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF1-to-partner and partner-to-ATF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATF1 versus ENC1 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
