ATE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,651 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP61, BNIP3P3, and DDR1-DT. Each is linked with ATE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATE1-to-partner and partner-to-ATE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP61 grouped by ATE1-low versus ATE1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
