ATAD3C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATAD3C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,154 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATAD3C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lysosomal lumen acidification, Cell-cell junction organization, and Regulation of sphingolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ATAD3C in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATAD3C-to-partner and partner-to-ATAD3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATAD3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATAD3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
