Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATAD3C RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATAD3C data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ATAD3C RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATAD3C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and LUAD show a favorable association.

UVM, LUAD, and LGG are the cancer types where ATAD3C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
