Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATAD2B RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATAD2B data layer compared with 9 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ATAD2B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATAD2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and GBM show a favorable association.

ACC, HNSC, and KIRP are the cancer types where ATAD2B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
