Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATAD2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATAD2B data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ATAD2B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATAD2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ATAD2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
