ASZ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,504 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNPO3P1, APIP, and EIF3M. Each is linked with ASZ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASZ1-to-partner and partner-to-ASZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNPO3P1 grouped by ASZ1-low versus ASZ1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
