ASXL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASXL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,198 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASXL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY26P, BAG3, and VANGL2. Each is linked with ASXL3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASXL3-to-partner and partner-to-ASXL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY26P grouped by ASXL3-low versus ASXL3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASXL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASXL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
