ASXL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASXL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,839 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASXL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Extracellular matrix organization, External encapsulating structure organization, and Negative regulation of T cell activation via T cell receptor contact with antigen bound to MHC molecule on antigen presenting cell. Each is linked with ASXL3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASXL3-to-partner and partner-to-ASXL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Extracellular matrix organization grouped by ASXL3-low versus ASXL3-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASXL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASXL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
