ASXL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASXL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,005 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASXL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAAF3, KRTAP7-1, and PRAC1. Each is linked with ASXL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASXL3-to-partner and partner-to-ASXL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAAF3 grouped by ASXL3-low versus ASXL3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASXL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASXL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
