ASXL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASXL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,645 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASXL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INTS9, ERI1, and RPS6KA1. Each is linked with ASXL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASXL1-to-partner and partner-to-ASXL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INTS9 grouped by ASXL1-low versus ASXL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
