ASTN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASTN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,991 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASTN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STRBP, ZER1, and RABL6. Each is linked with ASTN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASTN2-to-partner and partner-to-ASTN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASTN2 versus STRBP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASTN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASTN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
