Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASTN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,166 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASTN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MELK, RRM2, and MTHFD2. Each is linked with ASTN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASTN2-to-partner and partner-to-ASTN2 results are reported.
