Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASTN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASTN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, FoxM1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with ASTN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASTN2-to-partner and partner-to-ASTN2 results are reported.
