ASTN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASTN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 821 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASTN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are THUMPD3, HPF1, and PDE6C. Each is linked with ASTN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASTN2-to-partner and partner-to-ASTN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, THUMPD3 grouped by ASTN2-low versus ASTN2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASTN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASTN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
