Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASTN2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,602 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASTN2-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18_S224, GTF3C4, and THEMIS2_T593. Each is linked with ASTN2-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASTN2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ASTN2-AS1 results are reported.
