Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ASTN2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ASTN2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ASTN2-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ASTN2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

BRCA, HNSC, and THCA are the cancer types where ASTN2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
