Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASTN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 132 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2orf80, BSX, and KRTAP2-4. Each is linked with ASTN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASTN1-to-partner and partner-to-ASTN1 results are reported.
