ASTE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASTE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,887 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASTE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DBR1, GATAD2B, and GMPS. Each is linked with ASTE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASTE1-to-partner and partner-to-ASTE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASTE1 versus DBR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASTE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASTE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
