Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASTE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,682 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASTE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC49A4, SGCD, and OR2A1. Each is linked with ASTE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASTE1-to-partner and partner-to-ASTE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASTE1 versus SLC49A4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASTE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASTE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
