Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASTE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASTE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG1B, HTR3D, and OR5D14. Each is linked with ASTE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASTE1-to-partner and partner-to-ASTE1 results are reported.
