ASS1P14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASS1P14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,367 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASS1P14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tricarboxylic acid metabolic process, Cellular response to ammonium ion, and Aspartate metabolic process. Each is linked with ASS1P14 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASS1P14-to-partner and partner-to-ASS1P14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tricarboxylic acid metabolic process grouped by ASS1P14-low versus ASS1P14-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASS1P14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASS1P14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
