ASS1P13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASS1P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,488 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASS1P13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASS1, ASS1P9, and ASS1P11. Each is linked with ASS1P13 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASS1P13-to-partner and partner-to-ASS1P13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASS1P13 versus ASS1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASS1P13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASS1P13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
