Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ASS1P13 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ASS1P13 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ASS1P13 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ASS1P13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and CESC show a favorable association.
UCEC, KIRC, and CESC are the cancer types where ASS1P13 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
