Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ASPRV1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ASPRV1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher ASPRV1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ASPRV1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCS, UCEC, and SARC are the cancer types where ASPRV1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
