ASPHD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,671 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPHD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEZ6L2, ADAP1, and UBXN2B_T59. Each is linked with ASPHD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPHD1-to-partner and partner-to-ASPHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASPHD1 versus SEZ6L2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
