ASPHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 604 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL49P2, RNA5SP378, and MTND1P27. Each is linked with ASPHD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPHD1-to-partner and partner-to-ASPHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL49P2 grouped by ASPHD1-low versus ASPHD1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
