ASPH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,947 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB2A, NCOA5, and WNT5A. Each is linked with ASPH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPH-to-partner and partner-to-ASPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
