ASPH

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,297 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP97, OSMR, and ANXA2. Each is linked with ASPH in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPH-to-partner and partner-to-ASPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
