Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,908 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are RALBP1P2, SNORD116-22, and NCAPD3. Each is linked with ASPG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPG-to-partner and partner-to-ASPG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RALBP1P2 grouped by ASPG-low versus ASPG-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
