Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASPG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13H1, C5orf52, and GRIFIN. Each is linked with ASPG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPG-to-partner and partner-to-ASPG results are reported.
