Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,664 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, PLVAP, and PPP1R12C. Each is linked with ASPA in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPA-to-partner and partner-to-ASPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASPA versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
