Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,370 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZCCHC24, CAVIN2, and RCAN2. Each is linked with ASPA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPA-to-partner and partner-to-ASPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASPA versus ZCCHC24 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
