Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with ASPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPA-to-partner and partner-to-ASPA results are reported.
