ASNSD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASNSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,922 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASNSD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MANF, RIF1, and ITGB2. Each is linked with ASNSD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASNSD1-to-partner and partner-to-ASNSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASNSD1 versus MANF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASNSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASNSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
