ASNSD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASNSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASNSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, ER-alpha_pS118, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with ASNSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASNSD1-to-partner and partner-to-ASNSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by ASNSD1-low versus ASNSD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASNSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASNSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
