Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASNSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,372 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASNSD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centromeric sister chromatid cohesion, Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with ASNSD1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASNSD1-to-partner and partner-to-ASNSD1 results are reported.
