ASMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,716 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD3L4, RN7SKP27, and ZNHIT3. Each is linked with ASMT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASMT-to-partner and partner-to-ASMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
