Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,451 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VPS53, TTC39A, and PLS1. Each is linked with ASL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASL-to-partner and partner-to-ASL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASL versus VPS53 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.
