Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,117 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASL-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUFIP1, KIAA1958, and KLC2. Each is linked with ASL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASL-to-partner and partner-to-ASL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUFIP1 grouped by ASL-low versus ASL-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
