Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOD1, NKX2-6, and TLE7. Each is linked with ASL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASL-to-partner and partner-to-ASL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYOD1 grouped by ASL-low versus ASL-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
