ASIC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASIC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,908 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASIC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3137, MIR3170, and TSPY16P. Each is linked with ASIC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASIC5-to-partner and partner-to-ASIC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3137 grouped by ASIC5-low versus ASIC5-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASIC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASIC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
