ASIC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASIC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASIC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ST8SIA3, OR4S1, and CLEC4C. Each is linked with ASIC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASIC5-to-partner and partner-to-ASIC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ST8SIA3 grouped by ASIC5-low versus ASIC5-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASIC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASIC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
