ASIC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASIC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,749 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASIC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSME1, CLIP2, and PSMB9. Each is linked with ASIC4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASIC4-to-partner and partner-to-ASIC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASIC4 versus PSME1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASIC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASIC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
