ASIC4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASIC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,827 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASIC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, PES1, and CYTH4. Each is linked with ASIC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASIC4-to-partner and partner-to-ASIC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASIC4 versus SNRPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASIC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASIC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
